Art Delivery (Shipping)
Art ordered online, is delivered according to the following guidelines:
The following guide to delivery times is not applicable during public holidays and busy periods, when no delivery services of any kind are available. Please contact Interactive Arts if you would like further clarification.
Perth Metropolitan - next day delivery (same day delivery is available where possible). Local pickup is available - no delivery fee is applicable for this option.
Outer Perth suburbs are delivered in 2 - 5 working days.
Country areas of WA and some outer Perth suburbs are within 2 - 5 working days.
Worldwide are within 5 - 10 working days.
Delivery is calculated according to destination (local, Australia, Worldwide)
$75 for delivery costs to Perth suburbs. No deliveries on Sundays and Public holidays or specific times.
Local experienced art couriers are used to deliver locally.
$150 for Outer Perth metro and regional towns in WA are the same rate as Australia.
$150 for delivery within Australia
$225 for delivery Worldwide

If we are unable to deliver, we will contact you. If items are undeliverable due to incorrect address or inaccessibility, redelivery fees apply.

Returns Policy
You may return all items purchased at Interactive Arts Online Store within 30 days of the original delivery and we will provide a 100% refund for returns no questions asked, all you need to do is get the item back to us in the condition you received it.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the product arrived defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Customers that have purchased products through other stockists or websites and not through interactivearts.com.au will need to check with the individual store in regards to their refund policy as we can only refund or exchange items purchased from this store.
