Louise Cooke is an emerging photographer based in Perth, Western Australia. Inspired by nature, travel and the human elements within these realms, she was drawn to photography as a method of translating her observations of the world around her. Always striving to portray her personal impressions, Louise’s image-making concentrates on emphasising her emotive response to the subject. Her images embrace a simple wonder at the world; its colours, textures, light and nature. Completing a diploma of freelance photography in 2007, Louise continues to explore and widen her creative experience in what she regards a life-long journey.
